How your ads are made

When you paste a product page link, we read that public page (and your brand's public homepage and about page) to understand the product, its claims, imagery and visual style. Your ads are then generated by AI from what we read on those public pages. We don't need, and don't ask for, access to your store, ad accounts or private data.

Every ad is AI-generated. We check them against your product page before delivery, but please review your ads before you run them.

What we collect

• The product page link you paste, and what we read from the public pages above.
• The ads we generate for you, stored privately so you can view and download them.
• A cookie that keeps your pack connected to your browser, so you can come back to it without an account.
• Which link brought you here: if the link you arrived on carries a ref or utm tag, we store those tags with your pack and keep them in a cookie for 30 days.
• Your email address, only if you choose to enter it on the waiting screen (see below) or on our "at capacity" page, where we keep it with the product link you pasted so we can tell you when we're back.
• The email address you give Stripe at checkout. We use it to send you one email with a private link to your finished pack.
• Payment records from Stripe (that a pack was paid for, the amount and a Stripe reference). Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit how many free previews one visitor can start.
• Basic technical logs (errors, timings) that help us keep the service working.

The optional email

While your previews are being made, you can enter your email address and choose "Email me when my previews are ready". If you do, and you leave the page before they finish, we send you one email with a link to your previews.

Next to that field is a box, "Send me ad tips and occasional offers", which is ticked unless you untick it. If it is ticked when you submit your email, we may also send that address occasional ad tips and offers. We record your choice and when you made it. You can untick the box before you submit, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time, using the unsubscribe link in a tips or offers email or by emailing hello@viperads.ai.

We never sell your email address, and we share it only with the service providers listed below.

The link in that email opens your pack on any device, so please keep it to yourself.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers, each only for its part of the service:

• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database)
• Cloudflare R2 (private storage for your generated ads)
• OpenAI (reading the product page and planning and checking the ads)
• Higgsfield (generating the ad images)
• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (sending our emails)
• n8n (our workflow automation, which receives notices when previews finish, a checkout is left unfinished, a pack is bought, or someone joins the capacity list, including the product link, the link that brought you and, where you gave one, your email address)
• Slack (our internal notifications about activity, such as a product name and brand website; never your email address or payment details)

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use your product page or ads to advertise anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep your packs and payment records for as long as you may need to download your ads and as long as we need them for our accounts and legal obligations. You can ask us at any time to delete your pack or your email address, and we will.

Your choices

You can use ViperAds without giving us an email address, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time. You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@viperads.ai.
