The service

You paste a link to a product page and ViperAds generates static ad creatives for that product using AI. Previews are free. A full pack of 50 ads costs $29 (USD) as a one-time payment. There is no subscription.

Your right to use what you submit

By submitting a product page, you confirm that you have the right to use that page and the brand, product names, logos, images and claims on it to create advertising. If you are an agency or freelancer submitting a page for a client, you confirm that you have your client's permission to do so.

Don't submit pages for products or brands you are not authorized to advertise.

AI-generated ads and your review

Your ads are generated by AI from the public product page. We check their claims against that page, but AI can still make mistakes, so every ad must be reviewed before use.

You review every ad before you run it, and you are responsible for the ads you choose to publish: that they are accurate, and that they comply with the advertising policies of the platforms where you run them (for example Meta, TikTok and Google) and with the laws that apply to you and your products.

No guarantee of performance

Ads are AI-generated creative. We don't guarantee any result from running them, including clicks, sales, return on ad spend or approval by an ad platform.

Using your ads

When you buy a pack, you may use its delivered ads commercially to advertise and market your product (or your client's product), in any channel and for as long as you like, without further payment to us.

Free previews are watermarked and are for evaluating the pack only.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. The price is shown before checkout, and you are charged once per pack. Your pack starts generating as soon as payment goes through. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy at viperads.ai/refunds.

Acceptable use

Don't use ViperAds to create misleading, unlawful or infringing ads, to submit pages you have no right to use, or to overload, probe or interfere with the service. We may refuse or limit use that breaks these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep ViperAds available and your packs safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the pack concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and Strength Two LLC agree to that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to purchases made after that date.
